Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

Placing an order in StallBridgeis like “Piece of Cake”. Just follow few simple steps mentioned below:

  • Find your desired product from our StallBridge website or App.
  • From the product page click on “Add to Cart” if you just want a single product to order
  • Click on “Add to Cart” if you want to add more products to the cart.
  • After adding all of your desired products in Cart > Go to the cart > select the products you want to order.
  • Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  • Choose your preferred delivery method (Home Delivery) & use coupon voucher code if you have any.
  • To proceed for payment click on the “Proceed to Pay” button > Select a payment option before clicking the “Confirm order“.
  • After confirming the order and completing the payment, you will get a confirmation notification from the App and by email/phone call to let you know that the order is successfully placed.

After placing an order, your that order has to complete several steps/stages before it’s done with “Delivery“. To track order status, please follow the below steps:

  • From the website footer section, you’ll find “Track my order” option click on it. 
  • Then you’ll find 2 text field. one is “Order ID” & another is “” you’ll find order ID in your order confirmation email. and the billing email you used during checkout.
  • After that, Click on Track.

If you think that you’re ordered an item accidentally then contact us over phone call or Email or messenger chat as soon as possible.
